Public Chapter 442 (“the Sunshine Law”) enacted by the 88th General Assembly requires public notice of meetings of all government bodies whose actions can affect public policy.  The following notice is hereby given:

 

 

STATE VITICULTURE ADVISORY BOARD TO MEET

 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Viticulture Advisory Board will meet June 19 at 10 a.m. (CDT) at Beans Creek Winery, located off I-24 at exit 111 in Manchester, Tenn.   The agenda includes review and discussion of legislative issues, a Tennessee Farm Winegrowers Association contract for promotional activities, J6 waivers and other business as presented.  The meeting is open to the public.  Individuals interested in addressing the board should plan to arrive prior to the start of the meeting in order to be placed on the agenda.
