Public Chapter 442 (“the Sunshine Law”) enacted by the 88th General Assembly requires public notice of meetings of all government bodies whose actions can affect public policy. The following notice is hereby given:
State viticulture advisory board to meet
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Viticulture Advisory Board will meet Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. (CST) at the Riverview Inn, located at 50 College Street in Clarksville. The agenda includes review and discussion of legislative issues, the Tennessee Viticulture and Onelogical Society membership and conference agenda, board member terms and other business as presented. The meeting is open to the public. Individuals interested in addressing the board should plan to arrive prior to the start of the meeting in order to be placed on the agenda.
The Tennessee Viticulture Advisory Board advises the Tennessee Department of Agriculture on matters pertaining to grape growing and wine production in Tennessee.
