Notice of Rulemaking Hearing Regarding Plant Pests

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Department of Agriculture Regulatory Services Division will conduct a rulemaking hearing on the state’s list of designated plant pests on Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m. CST in the Ed Jones Auditorium at Ellington Agricultural Center, located at 440 Hogan Road in Nashville.
