Caremark Rx, L.L.C.

This pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) allegedly misrepresented prescription drug prices, rebates and incentives given to drug manufacturers in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. This PBM allegedly significantly contributed to escalating drug costs without passing any savings on to health plans or consumers. This was a multistate case.
