State Attorneys General Comments to the FDA regarding Front-of-Package (“FOP”) Labeling and Shelf Labeling
The participating State Attorneys General urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as it considers adopting a uniform labeling program for the front of food packages, to ensure that it provides unbiased nutritional information and encourages food manufacturers to offer healthier products.
