Celia Froehlig as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Roland (aka "Rollie") Froehlig, Theodore Howes, National Fulfillment, Inc., Entertainment America, Inc., and Entertainment America of Tennessee, Inc.

This fulfillment company and related companies and individuals allegedly billed consumers for a product that did not exist and that consumers did not order in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and Tennessee Identity Theft Deterrence Act.
