Marcus Donnell Jones, individually and d/b/a Jones Memorials, d/b/a www.jonesmemorials.com and Half Off Stones and www.halfoffstones.com & Henry Wayne Monk, individually and d/b/a Monk Memorials, and d/b/a www.monkmemorials.com
These individuals operating under several dbas offered for sale tombstones and other cemetery items via the internet, telephone and in person. The individuals have allegedly failed to deliver memorials and/or refuse to refund monies paid by the consumers. The state’s lawsuit alleges violations of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act including violations of the FTC mail order rule.
