Piedmont Natural Gas Triennial Review, #05-00165
On December 14, 2007, the Tennessee Regulatory Authority approved a Settlement Agreement entered into between the Consumer Advocate and Piedmont Natural Gas. This Settlement Agreement outlined the scope and process for conducting a triennial review of Piedmont’s gas supply and purchasing operations by an outside consultant. The parties, together with the TRA, have selected an independent consultant and the review process is currently underway.
