Amanda Lee Drew, Timothy Bryan Drew, Anita Renee Drew, WOW Furniture, Drew’s Furniture Depot and Drew’s Furniture Store

These individuals allegedly advertised and promoted their ability to provide furniture and other goods to consumers. Defendants allegedly have consistently failed to fulfill furniture orders, to deliver furniture in a timely manner and failed to refund monies to consumers who never received furniture in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.
