YP Corp., d/b/a Yp.com, Yp.net, and Yellow-Page.net, a Nevada Corporation, and Telco Billing, Inc., a Nevada Corporation

This internet yellow page search provider allegedly sent live checks to consumers and small businesses in small increments. Upon endorsement, the consumer or small business was then allegedly charged a recurring amount to their checking account to be listed on the Internet yellow page directory. Many consumers and small businesses alleged that they were not aware that they were signing up for any service by cashing the check.
