Registration Form

The Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise (Go-DBE) encourages Minority Owned, Woman Owned and Small Business Enterprise firms interested in the state of Tennessee procurement opportunities to register for certification with the Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise.

Registration in the Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise is the first step towards certification as a Minority Owned, Women Owned or Small Business Enterprise. Further documentation will be required to complete the process.

The Documentation Checklist indicates various documents required for certification based on legal structure, i.e. Sole Proprietor, LLC, Inc., etc.

Note: Firms that have allowed their certification to expire must complete a new Registration application in order to renew their certification with Go-DBE.
