TN Dual Enrollment Grant Program Additional Courses Agreement Form

Click here to download and print the Dual Enrollment Grant Additional Courses Agreement form.  The Additional Courses Agreement form shall be signed by the student and delivered to the eligible postsecondary institution in which the student is dual enrolled before the student receives Dual Enrollment Grant funding for more than four (4) dual enrolled courses.
