- We will be moving to the 8th floor of the Andrew Johnson Building located at 710 James Robertson Parkway in June 2008.
- The cashier's office for any licensee wanting to pay in person will remain in the Davy Crockett Tower located at 500 James Robertson Parkway.

Effective date extended until July 01, 2008.
During the 2007 legislative session, the Tennessee General Assembly postponed the effective date of this law, Public Chapter 885, which requires that the Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Regulatory Boards license all locksmiths effective July 1, 2008.
