This course is designed to provide training in basic leadership and tactical skills for fire brigade personnel with leadership responsibilities and follows the guidelines referenced in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.156: Fire Brigades. Key areas of the course include fire brigade organization, leadership principles, strategy and tactics, and practical command scenarios. “Live” fire training scenarios are part of the training process to enhance student skills and demonstrate  competency.
