This course provides training for the emergency responder who, in the course of duty, may be the first on the scene of a hazardous materials incident. These responders are not expected to take any action other than recognizing the hazard and contacting trained personnel. This course meets NFPA Standard 472 and EPA 40 CFR Part 311 for Awareness Level Response.
