This course is designed to provide basic level training for industrial fire brigades that have identified structural irefighting responsibility within their emergency action plan. It meets selected portions of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.156: Fire Brigades, and the NFPA 600: Industrial Fire Brigades standard. Key areas of the course include fire brigade organization and responsibilities, fire behavior, firefighting equipment, fire attack and rescue. “Live” fire training scenarios are a part of the program.
