Using the International Existing Building Code and the International Property Maintenance Code, this course covers topics including: department administration, property upkeep light and ventilation requirements, and minimum standards for plumbing and mechanical fixtures. This course is helpful to the officials in the conversion of existing buildings as well as property maintenance.
