The Tennessee Consumer Protection Act §47-18-201 requires all beauty pageant operators to register with the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs each year. A beauty pageant operator must be registered and bonded to conduct beauty pageants. If you cannot find the beauty pageant please call the Division of Consumer Affairs at (800) 342-8335 (within Tennessee) or (615) 741-4737. For beauty pageants that are exempt from this law refer to §47-18-202 (d) and §47-18-205 under the Consumer Protection Act Part 2 - Beauty Pageants. REGISTRATION FOR ALL BEAUTY PAGEANTS EXPIRES ON DECEMBER 31 EACH YEAR.
