Prior to joining the Sports Wagering Council, Randy retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his 24+ years of service with the FBI, Randy supervised a public corruption, complex financial crimes, and civil rights investigative squad, led national security investigations, managed international law enforcement liaison initiatives, conducted multifaceted organized crime/international drug trafficking investigations, and oversaw crisis management operations.

Randy is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a U.S. Army Veteran. Randy obtained an MBA from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
