Bid Lettings

Welcome to the Tennessee Department of Transportation Bid Letting section.

Each letting will be available on Bid Express after it has been advertised. You can navigate to the desired letting using the menu on the left. Please check Bid Express for addendum and/or amendment files up to 4:00 p.m. the day before the letting. If there are any changes to the bid packages after 4:00 p.m. the day before the letting, all authorized bidders will be notified.
