TENNESSEE RE-ENTRY COLLABORATIVE CONFERENCE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -The Tennessee Re-entry Collaborative (TREC) will hold its 4th annual conference in Nashville this week. TREC is a partnership of public, private and non-profit agencies working together to identify the needs of offenders being released back into the community.

"By working together and pooling our talents and resources, we help individuals gain knowledge, earn a living wage, maintain sobriety, and reconnect with their family and community," said TDOC Assistant Commissioner Jim Cosby, Chairman of TREC. "Ultimately, its that collaboration that improves the communities in which we live."

The theme for this year's conference is "Re-energize, Re-focus, Ready to Make A Difference."
