The Tennessee Department of Correction is committed to assisting the victims of crime. In line with that commitment, one of the
Department's primary responsibilities is to keep victims and their
family members informed of
an offender's status. One way to do this is through the Felony
Offender Information Lookup, commonly referred to
as FOIL. This is a database that lists past and current offenders in our
system.
Victims or their immediate family members may also
access the VOICE system, which is a toll free phone service that's
updated regularly with an offender's current status.
For your convenience, we have also included a link to various
community resources available to victims:
Please contact the Board of Probation & Parole @ (615)
741-1150 if you plan to attend a parole hearing.
