In accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) 33-1-309, DIDD conducted a public meeting to receive comments on proposed changes to it Recoupment Policy. The Department’s responses to the comments received is now available.
In accordance with § 33-1-309 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, a Public Meeting was held to receive written or oral comments on revisions to DIDD’s Provider Manual. The Department's responses to the comments received is now available.
