DMRS has implemented a 6.1 percent rate reduction in payment to providers in its statewide Home and Community-based Waiver. This measure was taken due to budget overruns and no supplemental funding to relieve the situation. Below is a letter from DMRS Deputy Commissioner Stephen H. Norris to families and guardians and a financial fact sheet.
