Planning and Implementation Resource Manual
Below is the new Planning and Implementation Resource Manual related to the Individual Support Plan. The manual focuses on the planning process from enrollment through implementation, continuing with monitoring.
The manual is divided into two areas: the first being the overall discussion of the process, which is divided into nine sections, and the second the appendices that are noted within the first area.
Also, available for viewing is the section Responses to Public Comments Regarding the Planning and Implementation Manual.
The Planning and Implementation Resource Manual is currently undergoing a state government publishing approval process. Copies will be available in the near future.
