The beginning of a new year marks the beginning of a new campaign year. If you are interested in joining the 2009 Tennessee Employees Charitable Campaign (TECC), you can find the information you need in the links listed below.
First, please read the information below which explains the TECC application process and determine the appropriate application to submit.
Next, complete the required documents ensuring that all required signatures and attachments are included.
Then, mail your application packet to:

Your prompt attention in providing your completed application is required. The TECC will only accept applications postmarked by midnight on March 6, 2009. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Early submission will allow the TECC Administrator the opportunity to begin the evaluation process and will help us keep on track for the 2009 campaign.
Any charitable organization not included in last year’s campaign must complete and submit the TECC Certification Application.
Federations or independent charitable organizations that participated in last year’s campaign must complete and submit the appropriate application as indicated below. Charitable organizations with TECC code numbers beginning with 31 through 99 or beginning with CH, CS or IN must complete and submit the TECC Recertification Application. Charitable organizations with TECC code numbers beginning with 01 through 30 must complete and submit the TECC Certification Application.

Note: The TECC application process is separate and apart from the registration process of the Tennessee Department of State’s Division of Charitable Solicitations. All independent charitable organizations, federations, and member charitable organizations requesting consideration in the 2009 TECC must be in compliance with all of the TECC Guidelines as well as with any provisions of the Division of Charitable Solicitations.
