DELTA REGIONAL AUTHORITY

The Delta Regional Authority is administered through the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TDECD). The program’s mission is to improve basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, business development and job training.

WHO QUALIFIES?

All 21 West Tennessee counties (Only pockets of poverty qualify in Madison county).

HOW ARE THE FUNDS USED?

Funds may be used for basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, business development and job training or employment - related education. Emphasis this year is on job related projects.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS?

The level of DRA assistance is limited by the community’s ability to pay and the amount of funding available for the year.

HOW TO APPLY

Go to DRA web site to get copy of pre-app.

WHEN TO APPLY

Pre-applications are submitted to the local development district. Follow timeline on the DRA web site. The local development district will submit the pre-application to DRA and Program Management.
