Tips on Linking to and Using the Department Calendar

Yellow = Career and Technical

1. Select the Department Calendar Link either here or on the Department of Education home page.
2. You may choose to look at scheduled activities for any division within the Department or all divisions.
3. If you would like to look only at activities for the Career and Technical, then the only box that needs to contain a checkmark is the box next to the yellow color designated for Career and Technical activities. Click the box next to any other program area for which you do not wish to view activities.
4. Once the checkmark is only by Career and Technical (and any other divisions whose activities you want to view) go to the bottom of the Legend box and select Save Filter. You will now view only the Career and Technical (and other) programs you selected. (Note: the filter selection will be the automatic selection that appears when you open the calendar, but you can always save the filter to a different selection.)
5. There are several options for viewing the calendar at the top of the calendar page, for example, you may view the calendar monthly or by events.
