LEAD 2011 Registration

Note: Read all of the following important information before proceeding to the registration form

Registration Fees

Full Conference

  • Early Bird (until July 1): $155.00
  • Standard (July 2 - Sept. 2): $170.00
  • Late/On Site (after Sept. 2) $195.00

One-Day Only

  • Early Bird (through July 1): $120.00
  • Standard (July 2 - Sept. 2): $140.00
  • Late/On Site (After Sept. 2) $165.00

*Note: Registration does not include or guarantee hotel accommodations.  Please be sure to book your hotel rooms after registering for the conference.

Payment/Refund Information

PLEASE NOTE: Participants MUST register online prior to submitting any payment information.  Submission of payment DOES NOT register the participant.  Participants are charged registration rates based on the date they register online.

 

Forms of payment accepted (U.S. Funds Only):

Personal, School, District/County, State, Organization, or Business Checks, Money Orders, and Traveler's Checks, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

Check/Money orders:

Enclose a copy of the registration confirmation.

Purchase Orders:

  1. Participants must be registered before a P.O. is submitted.
  2. Make out to LEAD c/o TN Department of Education
  3. Be sure to list each registrant on the P.O. by name and include a copy of their registration confirmation page.
  4. FAX to (615) 532-8312 -or- mail to the address above.

*Note About Purchase Orders:

Each individual must register online before the P.O. is submitted.  A P.O. may be used by multiple registrants, but each registrant must enter the P.O. number on their individual online registration form.  The printed P.O. must contain the names of each covered registration

Credit Card Payments:

We accept Visa and Mastercard for payments. After registering, call (615) 532-2491 to pay by credit card.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.  Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation.

Email Addresses

Occasionally, we will send all registrants email messages that contain important conference information.  When filling out the registration form, please take a moment to make sure the address you've provided is accurate and is for an account to which you have regular access.

Special Accommodations

Participants requiring special accommodations or assistance (i.e.: sign language interpretation, vegetarian meals, etc.) during the conference should contact the Department of Education at (615) 532-2491 after registering.

Submitting Your Registration

Online pre-registration has closed. If you would like to register for the conference, visit the on-site registration desk on the lower level of the Nashville Convention Center during normal conference hours. For more information, please call (615) 532-2491.
