This year all systems are required to revise their Tennessee Consolidated Systemwide Planning Process (TCSPP) to address the needs identified in AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress). TCSPP readers will be reviewing these plans to see if the identified needs are being addressed. Once these revisions are included and approved, the system field will be changed to green.
