If your field is green, your system was not on cycle for the Joint Fiscal Monitoring by CTE, Spec. Ed., Local Finance and Federal Programs.  The cycle for review is found on the Federal Programs Monitoring website.  If your system was on cycle during FY07-08, that monitoring took place last fall/winter.  If your field is gold, the state department has not received the final documents from that review.  Once those documents are reviewed and approved, the field will change to green.  If you have questions about this process or your LEA status, please contact the appropriate consultant (NCLB, fiscal, Special Education or Career/Technical).
