If your system has a gold field in this column, your system was monitored on-site during the spring of 2007. The status of this on-site monitoring was incomplete pending compliance with an approved Comprehensive Action Plan Agreement. To receive approval of your FY 09 Consolidated Application for Funds under NCLB, the Federal Programs’ staff must conduct a follow-up on-site monitoring visit that determines that your system is now in compliance. Once the process is completed, the report filed, and the assessment is approved by SDE, the LEA will receive an approval letter from the Executive Director of Federal Programs and the field will be changed to green.
