The Office of Federal Programs will check the FACTS system for timely reporting of each LEA's title funds. Payment Requests submitted during the applicable quarter and corresponding Expenditure reports will be reviewed. If these two components are correctly entered, the field will turn green. If the two components are not closely aligned, the field will turn red. Reviews will begin 15 days after the quarter ends and occur 2-3 times per LEA, if applicable, to determine compliance.
