Items that are due for review. Item(s) may or may not have been submitted as of site modification date. If item is not approved by June 30, 2008, all Federal formula funds are withheld until item(s) are submitted and approved.

Consolidated Application: A) Pages requiring revision detected at Team Reading are not corrected prior to posting AND/OR B) Those whose applications do NOT have an original signed coversheet with their application (late Board meeting, etc.) These fields will be changed when the missing item is submitted.

FOR Application and Budget files only! CA:Systems have all electronic files for their complete Consolidated Application by email. Once reviewed and approved at or after Team Reading, this field will turn green.

Items that are not due for review OR for those items which have been submitted and/or approved. Green flags for the FY08 application are given for applications which are complete and have been submitted by the requested date. To have money released by July 1, 2008 OR the first business day after grant award letters arrive at SDE, systems MUST have all fields "Green".

Items that have not been submitted/approved by July 1, 2008 OR the item deadline has passed and the item is not approved. Federal formula funds will be withheld until these items are approved. Gold fields will turn into red fields if the submission deadline has passed OR on July 1, 2008 if approvals have not been given by that date.
