East Tennessee Regional Resource Center

The East Tennessee Regional Resource Center (ETRRC) is one of three regional centers established in 1997 by the Tennessee Department of Education as a systematic means to address local needs and improve services through consultation, technical assistance, and training in areas such as compliance with regulations, funding, behavior, early childhood /preschool, transition, family service issues and private schools.

The ETRRC is located in south part of Knoxville.  From I-40 Exit James White Parkway; cross South Knoxville Bridge and take the Sevier Avenue exit, stay to the right and merge onto Sevier Avenue at the end of the exit;  just after the railroad tracks, turn to the right onto Island Home Avenue; at the end of Island Home Avenue, just past the petroleum storage tanks, drive between the two stone columns onto Maplewood; turn right at the first road to the right then left onto Island Home Boulevard. The entrance to the school is at the end of the boulevard. Follow signs to “SDE Regional Offices”.
