TETC 2014 Registration

In response to district feedback, TETC 2014 will be condensed into a single day event, minimizing time out of the classroom for educators.

Given this change in structure, the Tennessee Department of Education will gladly process changes in registration for the event. Individuals registered for the full conference that would like to change to a one-day registration should email TNCore.Trainings@tn.gov with their name, email address, and registration request. Please note that educators attending the full conference (Monday and Tuesday) will remain at the same conference price.

Monday, April 14 will be a full day and will include a general session and breakout sessions. All conference participants are encouraged to attend Monday’s sessions.

Tuesday, April 15 will have optional, specific opportunities for interested participants.

The conference will conclude on Tuesday; there will be no content offered on Wednesday, April 16.

Full-Time Student Rate**: $80.00
Exhibit Hall Only: $35.00/day

Note: Registration does not include or guarantee hotel accommodations.  Please be sure to book your hotel rooms after registering for the conference.

*Group Rate: Groups of 5 or more who register online using the same P.O. and on the same order will receive a 5% discount per person on the full Early Bird or Regular registration (as listed above).  Please select the "Group" type when registering online.

**Student Rate: Students registering for the conference must mail or fax proof of full-time enrollment (Undergraduate: 12 hours, Graduate: 6 hours) from their college or university within two weeks of registering, or their fee will automatically be upgraded to the standard applicable rate.  Please select the "Student" type when registering online.

Payment/Refund Information

PLEASE NOTE: Participants MUST register online prior to submitting any payment information.  Submission of payment information DOES NOT register the participant.  Participants are charged registration rates based on the date they register online.

Purchase Orders:

  1. Participants must be registered before a P.O. is submitted.

  3. Be sure to list each registrant on the P.O. by name and include a copy of their registration confirmation page.

Note About Purchase Orders:

Each individual must register online before the P.O. is submitted.  A P.O. may be used by multiple registrants, but each registrant must enter the P.O. number on their individual online registration form.  Copies of the registration form must accompany purchase orders or checks (you may print the completed form before you click the Submit button). Each form must be accompanied by payment or P.O. in order to be processed.  The printed P.O. must contain the names of each covered registration

Credit Cards:

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is submitted at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.  Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation.

Occasionally, we will send all registrants email messages that contain important conference information.  When filling out the registration form, please take a moment to make sure the address you've provided is accurate and is for an account to which you have regular access.

Special Accommodations

Participants requiring special accommodations or assistance (i.e.: sign language interpretation, vegetarian meals, etc.) during the conference should contact the Department of Education at (615) 585-8123 after registering.
