Proposed Title V Permit Submittal to EPA:   On   December 21, 2009,  the proposed Title V Permit for Essex Group, Inc. along with the associated Statement of Basis and Response to Comments were sent to EPA Region 4 for review by that agency pursuant to 1200-3-9-.02(11)(g) of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control regulations.
