TDEC’s Office of Energy Programs (OEP) is hosting VW Diesel Settlement public information sessions across the state. These meetings will provide an overview of the VW Diesel Settlement, the Environmental Mitigation Trust, TDEC's process for developing a proposed Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for Tennessee, and the types of eligible mitigation actions that can be funded by Tennessee’s Environmental Mitigation Trust allocation. All of these public information sessions will be free and open to the public. Please note that registration is required due to space restrictions. TDEC OEP is currently planning additional information sessions, including via webinar. Details on future sessions will be announced as they become available.

Tennessee Statewide Interagency Consultation Group Call (April 5, 2017) - On this call, TDEC's Office of Energy Programs gave an overview of the VW Diesel Settlement and TDEC's related planning efforts to date. The Tennessee Statewide Interagency Consultation Group is comprised of representatives from state and local air agencies, departments of transportation, and metropolitan planning organizations.
