Robert Sparks Walker Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Judge Larry Potter shares thanks for the many people instrumental with his career in the law and developing an environmental court system for Memphis/Shelby County, Tennessee and the United States of America.
The Honorable Larry Potter has been called teacher, judge, mentor, innovator, pioneer and the "Father of Environmental Courts in America," and now you can also call Larry Potter of Memphis winner of the 2009 Robert Sparks Walker Lifetime Achievement Award.
