Issues Brownfield Agreements in accordance with TCA 68-212-224


Operates the Tennessee Response Program providing liability relief under federal Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for qualified sites


Operates the Drycleaner Environmental Cleanup Response Program (DCERP)


Services and Cooperative Programs with Government:

Represents Tennessee during federal Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) actions


Provides oversight of Department of Defense properties undergoing cleanup


Provides information to local governments on federal Brownfield grants
