Wrangler CampNatchez Trace Wrangler Camp is located 2.2 miles south of I-40 on Hwy. 114. The Bucksnort Wrangler Camp features 65 campsites with full hook-ups, two bathhouses and a dump station. All electrical hook-ups are 50 amps. Each site has a picnic table, ground grill, pedestal grill, lantern holder, water and hitching rail. There are 250 miles of riding trails on the South end of the park. Campsites are first come, first served. Campers are requested to leave site clear of horse waste. No alcohol is allowed and pets must be kept on a leash. Quiet time is at 10 pm.

Equestrian Center

The Equestrian Center is located inside the Natchez Trace State Park 2.5 miles from Exit 116 off I-40.

Guided Trail Rides
Horseback riding at NTEC is a must-do on your visit to our area. Our gentle horses and friendly wranglers eagerly await your arrival! Children as young as 8 years old can trail ride. All of our rides are guided for the safety of our guests and for the health of our horses. We are not able to double and we have a 250 pound weight limit.

Reservations are highly recommended. Come to ride or come to visit, everyone is welcome. We accept cash or check.

Children as young as 3 can enjoy a pony-style ride as they are led around the barnyard by one of our friendly wranglers. Pony-style riders receive a free souvenir cowboy hat.

Overnight Boarding
15 stalls are available for overnight boarding. The cost is $10 per stall, per night. A current negative Coggins is required. Horse owners are responsible for horse care and stall cleaning. Shavings are required and available for purchase if desired. There is a $10 cleaning deposit per stall.
