June 7, 2011 - Radiological Health Rule Changes
The Department is proposing changes to the Radiological Health rule's numbering designation, along with correcting typographical errors and deleting obsolete language. The current rules are being repealed and replaced by new rules. There are no substantive changes to the regulatory standards propose in this rulemaking.
