Thank you for visiting The Tennessee Conservationist reader survey page!

For more than 70 years, The Tennessee Conservationist has been educating the public about the protection and wise use of Tennessee’s natural and cultural resources. As our circulation grows, it is important we continue to provide relevant and interesting articles about the natural wonders of our state. By taking a few minutes to fill out this survey you can let us know what you like and help us identify areas where we can improve. You do not have to be a subscriber to The Tennessee Conservationist to take this survey. We encourage all magazine readers to participate.

When you click below on the “Take the Survey” button, you will go to our survey hosted on the Survey Monkey Web site. Survey Monkey is a secure site. Your answers are confidential; all information is anonymous and will be used only in the aggregate. The Tennessee Conservationist will only use survey information to improve our magazine.

Participants taking this survey are eligible to be entered in a drawing for a Weekend-Getaway at a Tennessee State Park. One survey participant will be randomly selected on June 2, 2008 to enjoy a Tennessee State Parks Weekend-Getaway. At the end of the survey you will be asked for your email address and telephone number. If you would like to be entered in the Weekend-Getaway at a Tennessee State Park, enter your email address and telephone number in response to this survey question. If you are selected we will contact you using this information. This information is confidential and will not be used in any way other than to notify the winner. You do not have to share contact information in order to submit a survey response. TDEC employees are not eligible to participate in the Free Weekend-Getaway.
