National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and State Operating Permits (SOP) - Municipal, Domestic and Industrial Permit Notices

The following is a list of current public notices of permitting decisions, public hearings, and rule-making activities. Public comment and participation are encouraged on all of these issues. Comments on any issue are welcome at any time and may be made by sending e-mail to ask.tdec@tn.gov.

Anyone wishing to be notified of public notices of permitting decisions, public hearings, and rule-making activities may request to be included on the Division's public notice mailing list.
