The Department of Finance and Administration makes recommendations for the state budget appropriation of federal funds through ARRA. F&A also distributes funding to support crime prevention and control, improve the criminal justice system at the local level and support victim assistance programs. In addition, the eHealth Initiative will provide guidance for health information technology incentive programs and grants.
