The Advisory Committee will serve as the advisory board and subject matter experts, and will provide guidance to the project and input on the project deliverables. Roles and responsibilities include:

• Review project status, and provide guidance and feedback to the Project Sponsors and Steering Committee
  
• Provide valuable lessons learned based on prior experience in implementing ERP systems
  
• Actively participate in Advisory Group meetings
