The Governor’s Cabinet will provide overall sponsorship and commitment to the project objectives.

• Actively champion the project and monitor project progress
  
• Communicate project specifics within respective agencies
  
• Maintain thorough understanding of the project
  
• Provide advice and support to the Project Sponsors and Steering Committee
  
• Assist in removing obstacles to success
  
• Provide resources or work with others to arrange for resources
  
• Establish and cultivate legislative sponsors
