The Enterprise Readiness (ER) Team has the primary responsibility for leading and coordinating cultural change management with the State agencies. The ER Team is responsible for communicating with State Agencies about the changes that will take place with the new system and provide assistance in implementing these changes within their agencies. Additionally, the ER Team also is responsible for training employees on how to use the Edison system.
ACEs
Agency Change Experts (ACEs) are members of the ER Team who are assigned to work with designated agencies to communicate and coordinate activities between Edison and Agency management and Liaisons. ACEs possess an overall knowledge of Edison business processes and the administrative processes and practices of his/her assigned agencies. ACEs understand the functionality and benefits of the Edison system and communicate these to their respective agencies in a positive manner. In addition to the ACE role, these members of the ER team also serve as Edison trainers. Their knowledge of the Edison system coupled with their relationship with the agencies help them provide training in a friendly, informative environment.
Agency Liaisons
Agency Liaisons serve as the primary Edison contact within his or her agency. Liaisons work closely with Edison ACEs to provide a bridge for communication and accountability between Edison and the agency. In addition, Liaisons help organize, develop and coordinate the work of Agency Implementation Teams.
Agency Implementation Teams
The Agency Implementation Teams (AIT) have significant involvement in the Project Edison. With coordination by Agency Liaisons, the AITs are responsible for serving as the primary change agents in the Agency by leading the implementation of Edison processes and procedures at the Agency, and tailoring the Edison processes to the Agency’s business as needed. AIT members also work with Liaisons to complete assignments and provide necessary information to the Edison Team.
