Vendor Checklist

In order to ensure that the State of Tennessee’s business partners are ready to use Edison, the following checklist is provided.

1. Review the information contained on the Edison web site.
2. Insure that all company locations can access the State of Tennessee’s web site. To insure that you will be able to access the eSupplier web site, please test your access by visiting http://www.tennessee.gov/. The web address will be provided at a future date.
3. Obtain an email account, if the vendor does not currently have one. If you do not have an email address you can register for a free email address at sites like yahoo.com and hotmail.com
4. Have all appropriate employees take the web based training for vendors. You can find this information on the training page.
5. Optional – Register for a Supplier Outreach Summit on the Supplier Summits page.
6. After receipt of User Id and Password, log on, verify and update vendor information. Registered vendors will be sent a second letter containing their new vendor id and information on where to access the eSupplier application as well as instructions on how to log on.
