TRIPS Training Before you are allowed access to the TRIPS NavigatER application, you must be trained on how to use TRIPS. Training for TRIPS is provided in the form of a CBT (Computer Based Training) program. The TRIPS CBT will show you how to use the TRIPS NavigatER application. It will teach you how to complete such tasks as creating and submitting expense reports, approving expense reports and repaying temporary travel advances. NOTE: The CBT contains some minor errors that do not detract from its instructional value. A listing of errors and corrections, plus a master menu of lessons, is available by clicking on the following link.
